Good central location, but check room details.

Last stayed here 12 years ago and decided to re-visit. The main building is beautiful with a lovely bar and a small cute garden for drinks in the sunshine. Bar service was great, restaurant not so much. Our room was not in the main house but in a separate little building by the main road. The stairs were so narrow and steep and would not be suitable for many. Getting luggage up and down was tricky. It wasn’t clear our room was here and if you wanted to use any hotel facilities you had to walk outside across the courtyard. I wouldn’t stay again on that basis and we never used the pool due to this. Good secure parking if you bring a special car.

An Unforgettable Stay at an Incredible Hotel

Our stay at the Navarra Hotel in Bruges was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special nothing was too much trouble.. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every little touch thought of to make us feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. It feels luxurious yet relaxed, elegant yet inviting. Whether we were enjoying the facilities, relaxing in our room, or exploring the surroundings, we felt completely cared for. We had a truly incredible experience from start to finish. We cannot wait to return and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and flawless stay.

Good and bad

This is a difficult review because most of the stay was fabulous. The room was comfortable, clean and well-laid out. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and felt like an oasis after a day in town filled with a million other tourists. The issue I had was before we arrived, we received a message through the hotels.com website saying the hotel could not pre-authorize our payment, so our room may not be available. I immediately called hotels.com to try to rectify the situation. Although I was unable to call the hotel directly I emailed them. Got another message telling me the credit card was invalid (they had a credit card that was not even mine). Hotels.com kept trying to reach them but the front desk said they were too busy to help. It was finally resolved after the third hotels.com rep asked to speak to a manager. It was very inconvenient because we were in another location, trying to enjoy it but I kept having to stop and call hotels.com. And, I might add that the front desk of the hotel was not very busy much of the time while I was there. Some training is needed. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Whenever I go to Bruges, I always try to stay at the Navara. Friendly staff who are always helpful. Comfortable rooms which are always clean. Nice bar and car parking on site. There are cheaper hotels but you get what you pay for.

Hôtel de qualité bien situé mais...

Tres bon sejour. Hotel bien situé. Nous avons particulierement apprécié la piscine et le sauna. Nous n’avons pas aimé le retard de la mise à disposition de la chambre et l’acces à notre chambre au 2nd etage sans ascenseur avec un escalier tres étroit. Chambre confortable et propre. Salle de bains réduite. Lit confortable assez grand. Parking en plein air dans l’hôtel.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay at Hotel Navarra was wonderful! It is in a great location, just a quick 4 minute walk to the main square. Although it is on a busy road, they provide earplugs if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping like I am. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained for a historic building, and has a lovely garden we utilized at night to enjoy some drinks and the nice summer weather. Bonus for the on-site parking and the helpful and courteous staff! Would recommend Hotel Navarra to anyone visiting Brugge.

Heiße Tage in Brügge

Unser 5 Aufenthalt im Navarra Hotel , Brügge ist immer eine Reise wert und bei hohen Temperaturen ist man in 20 Minuten am Strand in Blankenberge. Frühstück wen man nicht mit bucht, ist für ein Paar mit 56,00 Euro zu teuer.Auch schade ist auch wenn man ein Zimmer bucht und ein Parkplatz dazu,gibt es keine Garantie für den Parkplatz. Die Lage ist toll
