Without staying they charged and cancelled the booking before we check in. Staff ask us to leave and put some charges even after cancellation by them. Have to find another hotel in night with kids

The room I stayed in was very dirty there was a lot of roaches, the shower was very nasty the tv was not working the pool was not clean and the room smelled really bad.

This has to be the only hotel in the world where you can only check in before 6pm. I made the grave mistake of assuming arriving at 9pm would not be a problem and there was no one there to check us in. I had to find another hotel late at night for 2 hours because there was no vacancy in most places nearby. On top of that they charge me the first night stay. The office is in filthy condition and this is just not the place to be. I paid not very much above what I wouldve paid here at la Quinta and they had breakfast included. Take your money somewhere else.

Felt totally descrimayed not only. By my color thru my age… Sent from my iPhone Today I will depart - since the moment I arrived - the room I reserved was not available -the response was that earlier arrival took the reservation - Really !! According to your rules you can not arrive before 3 pm mine around4:30 pm. I was offered the last available room - I checked smell smoke so badly - I called the phone in the office to ck on other of your locations - No room neither . No possibility to move to a better room ever never during the stay per front desk . It was Black Friday day the possibility to find a new place hardly difficult - I was coming out of states to conduct do a non profit organization work . It is only a month that I lost my mom - I am over 60 , there was no kindness from the front desk lady neither the manager. . I felt so mistreated to the lack of empathy during the time of Thanksgiving and Christmas season !! OH my God !! This room is run down to its maximum : 1- bed - is like getting to a hole 2- The rugs are imposible to Put your feet on 3- safety hazard in the kitchenette 4- bathroom - I can not put my naked feet in the shower floor- so disgusting 5- 2nd day Roaches in the bathroom. 6- 2 transparent towels I got sick - so I departed … Definitely , will need to have my money back . Otherwise I will share this review within my non Profit org family and friends . Not that I expect 5 Star ⭐️ - kind but your on line. offer did not match the reality

TERRIBLE STAY

False advertisement, very rude staff, place not as listed and didn’t receive WiFi as a service which was promised. DO NOT BOOK IF U NEED FAST INTERNET. 5MBPS DOWNLOAD that’s if you get a room that has WiFi. Was on the phone for about 4 hours my whole trip with their “dedicated IT group” just to never get internet in my room the whole 7 days that I stayed. Was offered a new room on day 4 but at that point I was already upset. “GM” directed me to companies website to look for the regional managers number instead of himself giving it to me. Blamed my devices as the ones that don’t reach the WiFi signal. I NEED A REFUND FULL FOR 60% of my stay due to the inconvenience and not providing all services. If this was the other way around my entire deposit would be held for an inconvenience. Also seen 3 cockroaches
