Call ahead and make sure the Elevators are working because we had to tote luggage up and use the stairs while there. They told us no ground floor rooms were available because the people who stay regular knew the elevators were not working and with the people that arrived before us took up all the ground floor rooms. The pool was unusable because it was dirty/green. The breakfast area was dirty and the breakfast was all cold by the time we got to eat around 830. The room smelled moldy/wet and that's because the AC Unit was leaking in the room on the floor.

You have to walk to the front desk to get your towels . When we first entered the room it had a weird smell to where you couldn’t breathe . I was on the 2nd floor . The swimming pool might be the only good thing about it . Ice machine only on 1st floor

My stay was okay. I would not recommend until a lot of things get fixed and repaired. Elevators does not work and have not worked in months. Stair well is very hot. There is no ice machine on each floor. Only ice machine is on the 1st floor. Hallways have a smell. Room and bathroom was not fully cleaned. Some lamps in the room did not have a bulb. Desk chair was broke and leaning. Toilet was very wobbly. Faucet at bathroom sink leaked water badly when turned on. Breakfast was not too good, not much to choose from. Asked for towels because room only had 2; clerk said she could not give us towels because they didn’t have any. Every time we used towels we had to take back downstairs. One of the clerks at the desk was very very rude. Pool needs a cleaning.

Room was dirty and had an odor in it of must Enes air-conditioning was working but the grate we’re gone to direct the air. There were no towels in the room, the bathroom bathtub was filthy and very slippery from possibly the shampoos and conditioners dripping onto the tub. I would not recommend anybody staying there and I’m very surprised that this hotel is on your list.

All Elevators were broken. Ice machine was rusted and gross. Coke machine broken. Breakfast was limited. It did not smell clean. It felt humid and old. It needs updating. We did enjoy the dove shampoo and conditioner.

The floor was very slippery once you cut off the air. Also when we arrived, it was a dirty wash rag that was brown inside the shower. Only one big towel and small towel each. Ask for more. They refuse to fix the problem. I don’t advise no one to stay here

As you walk in the front door, there was a sign saying that the door is not working so you need to slide it yourself, At the front desk there is a sign saying that the elevator is not working. That kind of describes the whole place.

Our air went out early hours of the morning. Call front desk to tell them the problem basically told us we had to deal with it since they had no maintenance on the property. No elevator been broke about 2 months ago.Could'nt get no clean towels until the next day

Elevator out of service. Bathroom had mold along the shower and floor. Huge hole in the wall. Window shade was non-functional. Drink machine wouldn’t take cash. The bedding and towels were clean, but uncomfortable bed and towels didn’t really dry well. The breakfast was gross at best. My child and I both tried the waffles and they tasted rancid. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and the staff was nice, but that’s the extent of the good things about this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again with there being 4 other hotels within walking distance.
