I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wyndham. I arrived in town early in the morning and was not able to check in until 3. PM. Then, the very next day, when I asked if I could push my checkout time back by just one hour, I was told it would cost me $20.
This shows a complete lack of care for customers. After choosing Wyndham, I expected better hospitality and flexibility—basic respect that other hotels extend without nickel-and-diming their guests. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience.
Because of this experience, I will not be staying in another Wyndham hotel again.
