Room is clean but pretty old, needs renovation. Room and stuffy no air-condition, I checked with Front Office, and was informed it is not summer yet, so they just have the fan on. I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. When I first arrived I found my room very hot and after raising the issue with the hotel, they changed my room for me.
