Stay

There was an issue with payments going through as we used a third party. A lot of undue stress, having to sort it out for both stays when the emails were asking for payment again. Maintenance was needed to refit the handrail twice. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean.

No air conditioning its a scam

No air conditioning in the rooms even if advertised in Trivago and such. A window is not an air conditioning! Thru day there should be a tsble fan in every room but no, when :fully booked" no spare to give. Nice staff but you get what you pay, not much and false promises to go with it.

Room not in great condition. Dirty bathroom. Only 3 thin pillows - asked for more but told there were no extras. There was no shower gel in dispenser. Only one towel provided for 3. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke (although room was ok). No one on reception in the evening, no locked internal doors so didn't feel very secure. However beds comfortable, convenient location and cheap price!

The hotel itself is in Heartshead Moor services and when you book and pay for the hotel they DON'T tell you there's a £15 DAILY CAR PARKING CHARGE - ON TOP of the room that you only find out about when you actually arrive at the reception desk. Apart from that the hotel itself was fairly clean with basic but clean amenities etc.
