Is a beautiful place but I did not stay because it was closed and did not get my refund back then I heard it was opened again and they never notify me and now they are asking me how was my stay I’m so sad and upset for not getting my money back and didn’t stay it ruined my vacation I hope do something about it I don’t think is fair

Terrible experiencia cancelan en el último minuto

Tenia una reservacion para este hotel desde el dia lunes 1 de marzo para dos habitaciones , la reserva era para el dia viernes 5 de marzo. El dia viernes ya para acudir al hotel , se comunican conmigo para decirme que les era imposible recibirme ya que desde el dia lunes por "fallas técnicas " no estaban recibiendo huéspedes. Tuvieron toda una semana para cancelar por hoteles.com pero nunca lo hicieron , no me ofrecieron ninguna solución , mucho menos una disculpa y su trato su bastante grosero . Me dicen que es mi culpa por reservar por medio de plataformas y no directamente con ellos. Que es mi problema , que ellos no me van recibir y punto . Y que la culpa tambien es de hoteles.com por no actualizar la informaciòn. Tengan cuidado no reserven en este lugar porque les pueden cancelar sin justificaciòn .

Wonderfull place with a thorn

Amazing hacienda with own cenote underground. Wonderfull service, good people. How amazing was to aknowledge just in the middle of the breakfast that this place is under a legal dispute and we have to leave within 10 minutes...

Pros: -Es muy tranquilo para pasar el fin de semana, está a 1 hr de Mérida y a 10 min de Sacalum el poblado más próximo -Tiene cenote propio, el agua está casi templada -Tiene 3 piscinas pero por la época y la sombra de los árboles está fría al agua, un niño probablemente no querrá entrar pero para los adultos está bien -Buen servicio del personal Contras: -No aceptan pago con tarjeta, solo efectivo o transferencia -Los precios de la comida no van de acuerdo a la calidad que ofrecen, es caro para lo que te dan, por comida considera gastar alrededor de 400 pesos por dos personas con una bebida y propina -El servicio de restaurante termina a las 6:30pm y no hay nada a la redonda por la noche, Excepto en Sacalum a 10 min en auto, mientras estuvimos personal de cocina regresó para ofrecer cena, nosotros pensábamos salir pero estaba cerrado el portón, creo que estábamos encerrados, no parecía haber personal nos asomamos a la cocina y nos ofrecieron cena y optamos por mejor cenar en la hacienda pero no sé que pasaría en caso de emergencia ya que solo vimos a las cocineras, no sabemos si hay portero o alguien que se quede. Nosotros nos hospedamos en suite que es la palapa con chapoteadero y jardín propio, la ventaja es que está lejos de las otras habitaciones, es muy fresca por el techo de guano (usamos poco el aire acondicionado) aunque se puede percibir olor a humedad pero más bien es el olor del techo de fibra natural, la cama muy cómoda pero el lavabo tiene fuga

Interesting ex Hacienda with private cenote

The reception at the property was a bit strange, the gate was locked and nobody responded immediately to us when calling from outside. Then we've got an email saying that the property could not receive us due to the change of management or something like this. We waited until someone came out and everything was OK, but strange. The hotel is beautiful, with its own private cenote, lovely swimming pool, cool bar and a restaurant. We did not have dinner there because they closed at 6:30pm, a tad too early for us to eat. The cabane we got was beautiful with its own private pool outside, all in the traditional Mayan housing style. The next morning there was no electricity so we had to leave without taking a shower as the water pump was not working. All in all it's worth visiting the place, for the cenote alone.

Súper agradable.

Muy agradable la estancia, los chicos que están al servicio son muy amables. El concepto de mantener la hacienda está súper padre y el cenote que está adentro es muy bonito. Sin duda regresaria.

Incroyable hacienda avec un magnifique cenote pour nous seules. Pour le moment, le meilleur hôtel où nous sommes restées. La chambre est très belle typique des haciendas mexicaines, le personnel très gentil et le cenote vraiment superbe. Le restaurant est délicieux. Du coup nous sommes restées 1 nuit supplémentaire. Je voyage avec ma fille et c'est juste parfait.

Me gustó el lugar, un poquito elevados los precios, quizá si tuvieran descuento a locales tuvieran más visitas. El personal muy bien. Excelente limpieza, no le doy excelente porque, a pesar de las restricciones por covid, no nos ofrecieron gel a la entrada, y unos chicos traia una fiesta bárbara no pude comunicarme con nadie, nadie contesto mis mensajes ni por expedia, ni facebook, ni web, ni nada. No pudimos dormir ni descansar por la noche porque de 1 a 4am traian una buena borrachiza 4 personas, solo por eso no regresaria, si no acatan las medidas. Nos habian comentado que a las 7 cerraban cocina y bar y cerraron más tarde, por los chicos que estaban bien tomados, yo entiendo que es ingreso, pero al menos que le bajaran a su musiquita de gritos y peladeces.

Uniquely Pleasant Stay at Hacienda Hotel Yuncu

We had a wonderful and surprising stay at the former Hacienda of Hotel Yuncu. If you're looking for a place to stay of the typical tourist beaten path, this is it. Located at the end of the street of a small village, the grounds of this hotel are rather large and feature a range of rooms and amenities. We stayed in a cute private "palapa" a short walk from the bar and main building.
