The room was very clean and well maintained each day. The front desk and all staff that I encountered were so nice and professional. My issues were that some of the public areas were not cleaned (sticky hallway floors and garbage bin left in the hallway overnight). My other complaint was that I got a suite with a jacuzzi tub for the purpose of soaking after a long day at work but the hot water didn’t even last for 5 minutes and the tub was ice cold once filled… bummer

The staff was great and ran the hotel well. The hotel itself has seen better days. The furniture and carpets were kept “clean” and maintained but they have seen better days. You get what you pay for and this was in an easy location near food and grocery options for a cheap price. Breakfast was decent, didn’t use the pool due to time but loved there was an indoor pool and hot tub.

Horrible place to stay. Dirty. Elevator broken. Stayed 4 days and no one ever came to clean our room or take out the trash. We called down, and asked the front desk in person for clean towels about 10-15 times before finally getting a few clean towels on day 3. They said they didn’t have towels because housekeeping didn’t come to work. Every evening the pool (when it was open and working) was beyond crowded, I have have a hard time believing it was people saying in the hotel and not local folks just coming in though the pool area to swim. Hot tub was not working. Our room was extremely humid even with the air conditioning and bathroom vent constantly running. It felt like a jungle, everything was damp. Breakfast was not restocked and always out of a lot of things. Every day our keys stopped working and we had to go to the desk to get them reactivated. Food smashed in carpet in the halls. Gross brown stains on carpets. We saved a little money by staying here compared to other hotels nearby, but not enough money to make it acceptable. At least my kids had fun in the pool when it wasn’t shut down.
