6/10 Good

Furniture and room are worn out.
TONY, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay.
Justine, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It was probably due to the local water (hardness/mineral content), but tub and toilet seemed dirty (gray) like they hadn't been cleaned.
Douglas, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Overall this is a nice place to stay. Only complaint would be the pool and hottub weren't very clean, and the tub/shower in our rooms were dirty. Everything else was great.
Stephanie, 1-night trip

Nice hotel
Tracy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Would stay again
Polly, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Worked great for what we needed. Quiet, safe, and staff was very helpful when we needed something. Definitely a local hotel where they may not have all the bells and whistles that a chain hotel would, but it's clean and welcoming. Would gladly stay here again!
Heather, 1-night trip

Marlene, 1-night trip

John, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Property was clean and breakfast was adequate. A bit noisy and dated. Safe area
Maria, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It’s a good overnight
Lisa, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

For the nicest hotel in town, it was average at best. They didn’t keep the carpet clean in common areas and didn't make any changes after complaining about office noise from below my room. Upon arrival, no hand soap provided in bathroom even. 2 empty coffee carafs at breakfast time. For the price paid, we expected better quality & service.
Raeann, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Friends outing.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot breakfast. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Staff was very accommodating during check-in and answering our questions. Second time staying at the Niobrara….will definitely stay another time.
John, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The clerk at checking was very helpful.
Mark, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

My door key never worked staff had to personally let me in every time. The room and bathroom had hair all over it. Shower products had old used soap all over the bottles. Over all horrible experience
Miranda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pool was a little dirty
Nathaniel, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Worn down- pool and hot tub not heated- vacuum cleaner not ran down halls or steps- short staffed-
Barb, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 7 kayakers drawn to town because of the wonderful Niobrara river. Like many outdoor enthusiasts we care about the enviroment. We were therefore appalled at all the styrofoam used in the breakfast room! We hated that the cups holding coffee that we consume in 20 min will persist in the environment for hundreds of years. Please consider using paper table service--that would have our stay perfect.
Elisabeth, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Everything good but check in.....

Check in was very poor. New employee didn't know what she was doing. Had to cancel and took forever. Also gave me a keycard with a room number. Couldn't find room because it has a name, not a number.
1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The walls between the rooms were not adequately insulated. The guests in the room next to me checked in late, talked on the phone for two hours and had two dogs that barked frequently during the night. Maybe got three hours of sleep.
James, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

We went into our room, there were dirty towels hanging up, there was food in the fridge from the guests before us. The beds had been made but the floor had not been vacuumed, we complained and they said they would clean it, I think they cleaned the bathroom but they didn’t vacuum, there was still ponytail holders, empty water bottle and just crud on the floor. If you need the pullout couch, good luck it was horrible. It just needs some work, the clock in the lobby didn’t have hands on it, we had to wait for towels because they weren’t washed after a busy weekend we were told and the phones in the rooms don’t work (we tried to call the front desk), it made for a not so pleasant experience.
