Hi. The stay was ok until my daughter slipped in the bathtub because there was no texture in the floor of the tub. The managers were informed. No one EVER called back after multiple calls were made to them. The manager, R, told me that he would approve a refund if Hotels submitted the request. The lack of concern and the failure to follow through says a lot. I’m highly disappointed in the Hilton brand. I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels for many years. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
