This hotel featured a beautiful river view. It had a top floor dining room and lounge that was fabulous, also with great views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Great breakfast there and a great evening meal. Interestingly, the rooftop facility was not well publicized in this small hotel. It is accessed through an outside staircase, through a non-descript grey door three floors up. There was no signage in the hotel telling you where it was!

Hotel bem localizado, cama confortável, TV grande, ar condicionado bom e vista linda para o rio. Entretanto o chuveiro saia apenas água fria. Tudo bem que Boa Vista é muito quente, mas nem todos gostam de banho frio todos os dias. O hotel não possui elevador. Meu quarto ficava no piso superior, a escada era muito pequena e minha mala grande e pesada (25kg). Provavelmente uma mulher ou idoso teria dificuldade de subir essa escada carregando malas, pois o hotel não oferece esse serviço. O restante é muito bom, mas fica no segundo andar do hotel sem elevador. Ou seja mais lances de escada para subir todos os dias.

Razoavel, o banheiro tinha vazamento no cano do chuveiro que fazia espirrar agua alem do normal, o ralo estava entupido que enchia e teria que reduzir o nivel de agua para poder escoar e tinha teia de aranha no teto e no baculante da janela.

O atendimento na recepção é excelente, principalmente da funcionária Gabriele que nos recebeu no check-in. Também considero como excelente a flexibilidade da gerência no que se refere a antecipar o horário do café da manhã em virtude de uma prova de concurso que começaria bem cedo. O quarto, apesar do conforto, não possui isolamento acústico: é possível ouvir todo o barulho dos frequentadores do restaurante quando estão na recepção. O hotel é próximo da área do Mirante e fácil acesso à rodoviária.
