The staff and service at this hotel was great. The breakfast was plentiful. The only little issue we had was with the fact that this hotel isn't staffed 24/7, therefore, if you arrive late you have to make arrangements for after hours check-in. Make sure that if you book through Expedia that you have a working phone number wherever you're travelling, otherwise, you might end up sleeping in your car like we did!

Very nice hotel and staff with very good feeling of service. But, there are no welcome drinks they give you. Instead they offer you softdrinks, which is a difference from last year 2021.

COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”

Für uns steht das Hitelbin keinem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Von Hausgemachten Personalmangel bis schreiende Kinder beim Frühstück... Hier haben wir nicht annähernd etwas Erholung gefunden. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend geräumig und die Trennung von Toilette und Badezimmer ein großer Pluspunkt. Zimmer und Balkon waren bis auf Kleinigkeiten sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Es sind genügend Steckdosen im Zimmer vorhanden. Großer Parkplatz ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Wir hatten ein Abendessen im Hotel, welches uns nicht so ganz überzeugt hat. Mein gewähltes Gericht war geschmacklich gut, das Fleisch leider jedoch trocken, kein Bratenjus mehr vorhanden, Beilage zu salzig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Salatbuffet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sowohl warme als auch kalte Speisen, die warmen Speisen variierten von Tag zu Tag.

Et fint hotel. Men syntes det er noget over solgt med de billeder de har. For der er ikke nogle pool eller nogle former for bade mulighed på hotellet. Så de billeder er fra området. Det er noget misvisende. Og måtte så fortælle vores børne at det ikke var muligt at bade på hotellet som lovet. Men ellers er det et fint og flot hotel. Med en lege god legeplads tæt på.

Sommarvandring!

Modernt hotell med möjlighet till bra vandring. Vi behövde sen check-in och det löstes genom ett telefonsamtal (be roboten som svarar att koppla dig till receptionen) och nycklarna fanns i en keybox vilket var perfekt! Vi vandrade upp till närmsta alptopp (över 2000m) vilket var fantastiskt! Vi hade bara tänkt stanna en natt men vi förlängde vistelsen till 2 nätter. Fanns två laddare till elbil vilket vi utnyttjade.

Ordinärt hotell som skulle tjänat på smartare inredning så känslan av slitet inte så snabbt skulle infinna sig. Tyvärr ingen AC och med kedjerökande grannar så går det inte ha öppet fönster/balkong. Kanske vore bra att profilera sig som ett hotell fritt från rökning och få mer sunda gäster?
