All staff friendly and helpful, room and other areas very clean, room very spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Location was ideal, with access to 3 underground lines within a 2 minute walk and an easy walk to Hyde park. Would definitely choose to stay again on our next London trip!

Clean room, friendly staff, well located. Only drawback is there was an issue with the cold water (it was coming hot) but maintenance came quickly and despite not able to fix it, they found a work around. Breakfast has an extensive range of products, but the quality was not great.
