The coffee supply was very limited, and very slow to make and refill dispensers. The carpet and rugs were covered in stains and debris throughout lobby, breakfast area, each level, along with elevator. Seemed like the cleanliness was bear minimum.

I got in a few hours late (past midnight) because of a delayed flight. When I arrived at the DoubleTree, I was treated very poorly by the night worker Andrew. He was very rude to me and told me he would have to charge me for 2 nights instead of 1, even though I already paid for the night I was arriving for. Thankfully management made it right in the morning but I don’t plan to stay here again. I recommend Hilton or Hampton Inn around the corner. MUCH better customer service. I recommend management require Andrew to go through training for customer service.

Hampton now rates bottom of our choices.
Climate control very noisy. Breakfast quality was below average. Very noisy doors in the middle of the night. Back entry door had no lock in place.
