They told us when we got there that they were just starting a renovation. People were very friendly and welcoming!

Great hotel that is going through major renovations. Little noisy at times because of that. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were capable and very friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

The room was comfortable. The bed was great with tons of comfortable pillows. The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel is not the most modern or up to date but I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Room was also very quiet.

Our stay started out good. We tried to brush our teeth no cold water. The shower was broken. I mentioned it to the person at the desk and she snapped and said it wasn’t her problem and we paid Hotel.com not the Hampton!!! She proceeds to tell me to get out now and called the police because I told her I had to go upstairs and get my wife and our belongings!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I’m very disappointed and unfairly treated!!

Horrible customer service. Had modified our reservation 5 days in advance with a confirmation email from hotels.com. Hitel marked reservation as a no-show a d completely canceled reservation. Then tried to sell the room to us for $40 more than our reservation and wouldn't honor the original rate.

The spigot in the tub came out of the wall when I tried to pull the shower knob. The temperature control handle just spun and spun and was hard to turn off. The shower was cold.

Even though I asked for two room together one was down the hall and around the corner. Had trouble accessing room with the keys. Even the manager could not do it. We found dropping the key in front of the lock was the only way to get in. Very strange as this was totally accidental.

We were all settled in our room, then told we had to change rooms. At that time we were told they had charge an extra $75 for our dog, that was never mentioned when we checked in. Because of the construction and noise in the hallways all night, our dog growled and barked at every noise.

Our room was dirty. There was hair in the shower. We got put in a room at the end of the hall next to a loud door that slammed. We were told by the front desk that "We gave you that room because you booked through a third party." Check out time was at noon. At 12:05 as we were leaving our phone rang and the front desk lady began yelling at my husband. When we went to the front desk to check we were told "just leave!" I've never been treated so rudely. Horrible experience.

The pool was the obky plus side of the stay, the room we were put in was located near I70 so we coukd hear cars flying by all hours if the day and night it was veey hard for our children to sleep soundly

Stay at the Hampton because we have a dog and they are everywhere and typically have the same quality service/cleanliness/breakfast etc. this one had fabulous service however the rest was a bit subpar especially for the Hampton brand. Room was dirty and needed to be refreshed. Could hear the traffic badly. Breakfast was not the usual for the Hampton- no oatmeal, meat was put with eggs as a scramble, dinner potato’s for breakfast (not a hash or seasoned like breakfast potato’s)- just a little different. Service was by far the best thing about this location.
