They should update the website

Wouldn’t have booked there if I knew you couldn’t easily get to the beach. They didn’t have access to the beach because they had it all blocked off so you couldn’t get to the beach. The back parking lot was blocked off because of two sinkholes on each end of the parking lot. The ice machine was broken. They definitely should update the website to say they don’t have access to the beach at this point in time because that was a huge disappointment.

Hotel was nothing special. Wish is was kept up like the surrounding areas. No access to the beach and no functioning hot tub. Bed was one of the worst. Definitely not going to be a next trip choice when booking. But it wasn’t the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We slept on damp sheets and used damp towels. I have been staying at hampton inns exclusively for several years, this hotel is tired. The bathroom was clean and the ocean view was amazing. The breakfast was ok. I dont like the $25 incidental fee, and its ridiculous to pay for parking on the premises. Where else are we going to park?

The service depends on who you get that day. There was a gentleman who carpet cleaned the hallway and the lady at breakfast were very nice and professional. The building obviously has some issues. Our bathroom light flickered at all times as well as their lights outside. For the price the hotel is outdated and needs somw updates. I was disappointed in veral areas. Proper management and maybe they wont need to air out the hallways to make the rooms comfortable.

This place is falling a part. No where on the hotels.com description does it say that the beach access of this hotel is closed. We got to the hotel and they told us it’s closed from the hurricane. The hurricane was almost a year ago. The hot tub doesn’t work, the entire hotel is not in good condition. The staff is nice but that’s about it.

Rooms need updating big time. I came to breakfast at 8:30am wanting waffles. Batter was out. The attendant advised it would not be replenished. Very disappointed.

DONT. BOOK. HERE.

TRASH. I would NEVER book a stay with them again. Upon arrival, you are required to pay for each night of parking with no parking available. You have to park across the street and walk all your stuff to the hotel. I asked if there were any cameras facing across the street towards the vehicles, to which I was told no. The beachfront access is blocked off and I wasn’t informed of this until 20 minutes prior to check-in. This was my reason for booking a “beachfront” room and I absolutely would NOT have booked had I know I had to walk a few hotels down the busy street to get to general public access. The hotel itself was filthy. The back of our shorts were black after just sitting in the chairs. Ice machines work on random floors and the pool was so gross that I couldn’t even swim in it. Our end of summer vacation was ruined by this establishment and they couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your time or money booking here.

Wir sind eigentlich zufriedene Hampton Inn Kinden und übernachten sehr oft in diesen Hotels. Dieses Hotel reicht leider nicht für eine gute Bewertung. Dreck im Zimmer, kein Strandzugang, Parkgebühr on 15$, überall Sand, draussen eine Baustelle (Immernoch ungeflickte Schäden von Hurrikan Milton vom Okt 24, jetzt ist Ende Juli 25). Frühstück wird nicht kaum aufgefüllt. Kein Tee. Schade für die tolle Strandlage. Wie würden es nicht wieder buchen. Auch im Zimmer Dreck von den Vorgängern, Shampoo leer. Baustelle im Frühstücksraum. Dass man dann noch 15$ fürs Parking verlangt, ist eine Frechheit. Ich erwarte als Schweizer nicht einen mega Service, aber dieses Hotel entspricht leider wirklich nicht mehr dem Hamton Inn Standard.

The stairs being broken and not getting a warning before I paid was very annoying. No. Shampoo or conditioner in one room we booked 2 rooms , one room the fridge didn’t work . They never had towels to give us clean ones on a 4 night stay. The food was ok. The staff were trying there best I think.

Not worth the money

Could not access the beach. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Sink holes in the parking area. The beds were not comfortable. Spend a few more bucks and stay at the Daytona grande resort. Well worth the difference in price.

It would have been nice to know they were under construction when you have children. I think I would book some places else.the room was nice but we ask for extra towels because they only had enough towels for three people and there was for of us and they didn’t have any. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a waffle for breakfast.They need more waffle maker and there was so many people at breakfast we couldn’t get a table .

Average with high nightly rate

The hotel condition compares to the nightly rate is considered very high. Hotel Access to the beach was closed for no valid reason. Fixing the stairs shall not take that long. The only good thing in this hotel was the staff. They should be recognize considering the horrible situation of this hotel and the hard work they are doing to survive.
