Communication with the office staff was difficult, and accessing the family rooms required either climbing stairs or taking a slippery, rocky path. There was no reception support available to help with our luggage. The pool also didn’t appear to be in use. The property itself is charming and maintains its original character, but that means there’s no air conditioning and no modern amenities. TV never worked and due to the humidity and ceilings having holes, bugs were visible in the room. The room was surrounded by vegetation. Excellent room service when it came to cleaning. Wifi was not stabled, and we had no electricity for a day (keep in mind this is a small town), but wanted to mention it.

I appreciated my stay at Oyo hotel with very nice staff and clean room. The little green space behind is refreshing. Breakfast limited but they can support your request. Just at 10-15mn by walking to center of village. Little inconvenience could be some noise from the road if loudly. Overall good for price paid

Llegue una hora después del check in y me dijeron qué mis habitaciones no estaban listas, ademas de que no tenian internet. El desayuno "continental" es publicidad engañosa en la recepcion tienen un letrero de que solo es jugo, cafe y pan. Decidi no quedarme ya que para mi era indispensable contar con internet y asi me hicieron el cargo de las 3 habitaciones por que le puesieron "no show" siendo que yo si llegue pero ellosnmo podiam brindarme los servicios que ofrecen

En la fotografías se veía muy bonito el hotel. Pero a la hora de ver el cuarto, paredes despintadas, el espejo manchado, el ventilador sonaba mucho, arañas en el cuarto y palomillas; no tenía mosquiteros. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la fuente con ranas muertas, la alberca estaba cerrada, el desayuno continental solo de 9:00am a 10:00am y si uno quería desayunar huevo o algo más había que avisar con un día de anticipación. Le falta mucho mantenimiento ! pero también hay que admitir que las sabanas, cuarto y baños muy limpios.

No me hospedé porque nada de lo que decía por internet fue verdad. No había frigobar, ni horno, ni alberca y la habitación fatal. A pesar de todo ello, no me permitieron cancelar y me cobraron la estancia. Por cierto, por dos noches eran 1745 y me cobraron 2745. Expedía no pudo hacer nada tampoco!
