The staff were sooo service oriented and made us feel totally welcome. The room is a bit spartan but roomy and clean and quiet. The location is very close to the main Plaza de las Armas and the main attractions. But the staff were what made the stay so enjoyable.

Decir que todo fue excelente, queda corto. El hotel es sumamente bello, en excelente estado de conservación. La habitación es amplia y con todo lo necesario para gozar de una estancia cómoda. El personal es sumamente atento y con buena actitud de servicio. Nunca me había tocado un hotel que se esmerara tanto en complacer al usuario. Gracias por los obsequios que nos dieron a mi familia y a mi. Sin duda se ha convertido en mi estancia favorita en la República Mexicana. Volveré pronto.
