The door lock was not working properly, I told the staff and the repair person finally came the next morning before I checked out. The quality of the morning breakfast was the worst that I have experienced in a long time, the breads all looked like very very old breads, kind of hard to bite into it.

GOT BOOTED

I arrived to see my daughter run in Regional Track meet. I went to check in the man at the desk ask my name, typed and then said you booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) so you were booted as we are over booked. I told him I had a reservation for over a week, he informed me I was out and rudely went to the phone. I then slept in the truck as there were no other rooms available. Avoid this hotel if at all possible. IT is not easy to get to as well.

The first room they sent me to was absolutely not cleaned after the last occupant. The next room was in bad shape. No towels, no cups, no soap. Bath door would not open, door mirror broke and missing, one bed had a bed spread and one bed did not. The curtains were not big enough to cover the window. I was going to say that the TV was the only thing that worked, but the next morning the TV did no even work. The whole motel was in very poor shape. So sad as I must have been a fabulous place many years ago when it was built. See the pic of the bathroom with the womens under ware left on the shower bar. Fan hanging, light hanging. WOW

Don’t say here.

The room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and several of the lights were not working. The fan/light in the bath room was hanging by the electrical wires.

Worst start ever

Got to hotel and room/ restroom was disgusting. I actually cleaned it myself. Woman at the front was cracked out. Room service was very rude. Bites all over my skin. Stains/blood stains all over sheets, mattress, and pillows. Asked room service to clean and they were reluctant to do so. Mattress was terrible. Smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking room.

Hotel is NOT like the pictures we were here for powerlifting state meet and would have left if could find another hotel. Never staying here again.

Is this place even open?

Terrible place. Majority of rooms are not even in service. Looks like a bunch of homeless or day to day people live there. Very dirty and should not even be in service. Walked in amd walked out. Did not stay there.

This place be CRAWLING at night, beware of the sleepwalkers roaming the halls and the constant noice and you’ll be okay. Overall it’s nice, the other people make this place 1 out of 5 stars in there lonesome. (Doors are cracked and with open prison style rooms - this isn’t good)

One of the beds had clearly been used and not cleaned. There was still an indent from the previous persons head in the pillow. There was no towels or wash rags. There was trash all over the hallways and open area. Cigarette buts plainly put out on the floor. Cigarette burns in the sheets. There was people running and yelling in the hallways until about 4am. I paid more through Expedia than what they were renting for. I'll be honest. You get what you paid for. I needed a place to sleep for the night and I got a couple hours of sleep because my daughter and I both wore headphones while sleeping. This is a straight up drug den. Don't take kids here. Ever. I had guys knocking on our door several times throughout the night.

This was being restored and was an absolute Crown jewel.But now its glory is faded and going down. The main atrium used to be spotless , but now Has dog piles Garbage cigarette butts and broken tile. The strangely comfortable comforters are gone from the rooms And were replaced by a single Military style blanket with no sheets. There were no bath towels and the tv was not connected. No fridge. And for no smoking, well the smoke detectors are covered with bags and the reek of weed is insane. Open drug dealing. And apparently they are housing folks for some NGO. My previous 5 star ratings of this place are obviously no more....

Not great

Parking lot was full of trash and the area was sketchy. The staff was nice and the room was OK, but the beds weren’t very comfortable. The breakfast only had cereal and milk, toast and coffee.
