I jad a great experience from check in through check out. Front desk was friendly and courteous and my room was amazing. They are also doing remodel in some areas but there was no inconvenience to guests. I can't wait to see the finished results after the work is done!

Bedbugs, beetles, roaches and no refund

The pullout sofa bed was filthy and covered in bedbugs and other beetles. Desk agent said they should have cleaned that, and she needed to check with Orkin. So... they knew they have a problem and placed us in an unhygienic room anyway? Bed bugs can spread to every room, so we asked for a refund since we could not stomach sleeping there. Hotels.com said the motel management refused to offer us a refund. Buyer beware.

We did arrive until like 1am so didn’t inspect room before going to bed. Wasn’t very clean wouldn’t stay again. We didn’t take a shower because it’s wasn’t clean either. Looked like they had done semi wipe down jobs for the last few months. Smears on the wall in bathroom. Toilet had the rings inside like it hadn’t been cleaned in months either. The photo provided was dust build up on the ceiling.

Will never stay here again.

The hotel was so poorly kept up, I felt it wouldn't last a wind storm. Ice machine did not work. Bleach smell was EVERYWHERE due to the pool. Cracks were in every ceiling, joint, corner, etc. This hotel was so dingy, I can't quite put it into words.

HUMAN FECES ON WALL AND SEMEN ON COUCH.

The hotel immediately had an awful smell as we walked in. When we got in our room it was dirty. There was literal human feces on the bathroom wall,SEMEN on the couch cushion, the couch bed had no pillows or sheets for it, air didn’t works and the floor was disgusting. I asked the front desk guy for pillows and blanket and he said he had no pillows and only had sheets, no comforter for the couch bed. When I left the next morning I left my name and number for manage to call back no response. Called about 3 pm to follow up and the manager had left and had not called me back. I have stayed at so many comfort inns and never seen one in this condition.

Rude front desk clerk

Front desk clerk was rude. The ice machine didn't appear to be working. I asked front desk was it working and his response was " i don't know, I've been off the last 4 days" and then continued to work on the conputee as if i wasn't there. I stay there often lately and service has never been like this.
