There is not enough financial effort from Hyatt to help this hotel. The microwave was missing the plate and not cleaned. The dishwasher had 2-3 inches of water just sitting there. The freezer which I needed to use looks like it was never defrosted with a mountain of ice.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice-the bed wasn't comfortable-mattress and pillows were very firm, but the highlight was Ms. Tammy. She was cooking waffles at breakfast and then cleaning rooms-she was everywhere and very eager to help and offer a smile!

Room was nice and check-in/out was simple but the BEST part of the stay was morning breakfast. Didn't catch the woman's name but she was the sweetest and actually made my waffles for me (she didn't have to do that). She was the highlight of the stay and was very welcoming and friendly.

Honestly for what you pay it's okay. But it's nothing to write home about. I like that they have a kitchen area. However, the hotel overall feels deteriorated and slightly dirty.

This hotel is in a great location and theyve made an attempt at turning this hotel around. After reading all the raving reviews, I was thoroughly disappointed and surprised that there had been so many great reviews. Not sure the place warrants horrible reviews because it was a decent place to stay. It was clean enough breakfast service had an outstanding lady who literally was the best part of our stay. My first complaint is at our room had no number on the door.. we walked right past it and back twice because there was no number that was a creepy start. The hallways are long and eerily quiet and you can tell that they made an attempt to make the place look better, but there is still a lot of parts of it that you can tell is really old and outdated. We were on the fourth floor, so I’m not sure what the other floors look like the first floor looked amazing. Not only did our door not having a number on it, but there was about a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door. You could see clear light feet and everything underneath the door. The stairwell smelled like urine and had empty beer bottles in it. Had no clue that the parking lot was an additional fee. I’m not sure where else they would’ve expected us to park but in their parking garage so I’m not sure why they don’t just add that into their nightly fee. Was the hotel worth almost $250 a night? Absolutely not.!! One door coming from the garage to inside the building could just be opened. As a woman I would never go here alone
