I appreciate certain aspects of the stay, I believe the overall service did not reflect the value of the price paid. There was only one elevator serving all rooms, which led to frequent delays going up and down. Reaching room service often took a long time, and even after someone answered, there was usually no proper follow-up — we had to go down in person to get assistance.
Additionally, I found that most of the staff were not very welcoming. Only one or two team members were friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, the rest appeared uninterested and responded with the shortest answers possible, making the interaction feel rushed and unhelpful.
