Clean, luxurious hotel. Starbucks stand was closed, and boy did l want a coffee. My room had a little coffee maker but the ancient creamer cups left white chunks floating in the coffee. Fortunately a colleague let me into the club room and I got some there.

The staff was very nice. The hotel common area are very nice and look modern. The room itself was very dirty. The edges around the ceiling were brown, the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. It was moldy and not very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom door got stuck with my niece inside and the front desk didn’t answer when I called for help. Room also had only one regular bath towel. I put in a request in for more towels on the bonvoy app, it says they were delivered at a time when we were in the room but they weren’t. It was a pleasant stay but not an 8.2 like the average rating. I’d give it all a 6.5.
