The hotel is connected to Shinsegae Department Store so we could shop, dine and entertain ourselves without having to put on our jackets in this cold weather. The breakfast had variety of delicious food. The free parking was also good so that we could spend more time after checking out. Room is nice and clean. Location is good. The Executive Lounge has long line for breakfast every day I stayed. Need to wait at least 15-20 minutes after you registered at reception. The staff asked to go back to your room waiting for phone call. Then you spend another 10 minutes waiting for elevators in the morning busy hours. Not a pleasant experience for Executive breakfast.
