Buyer Beware

The front desk staff was awful. No one was available at any time during the day, always had to call to get them. The "breakfast" was non existent. Stale biscuits, No hot food except waffles, The juice was empty three days in a row. The coffee tasted burnt. I expect more from a Wyndham property. The only good thing is the bed was comfy and the room was relatively clean. The pool also closed at 9pm which is weird time. Thankfully I only slept in the room and didn't spent time on property.. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Refrigerator did not close causing leaking. Floor was soaked. No rooms available to move. Front desk clerk did get up with towels. But unable to use refrigerator. No toilet paper had to go to front desk. No smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Sketchy neighborhood and people renting rooms. Never will stay here again! Front desk clerk was nice and apologetic.

Horrible stay. I would've cancelled immediately if I could have. Pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it is. No hot water for the shower. Bed wasn't made in the morning, and I had to ask for more bathroom products each day. Key card wouldn't work and had to be recoded each day (super annoying). Indoor pool was either cold or way too hot. And it was dirty. There was no room phone until the 2nd day and no alarm clock until the 3rd day. Only decent thing I can day is the room was clean.

Don't do it!

UNSAFE! Do not stay here!! The front desk area was nice and the people working there were helpful, but there are people there doing "who knows what" at all hours of the night. We prepaid for 2 nights and left after staying 1 night.

Would Not Recommend

The hotel and rooms are poorly painted and maintained. The lock to our first room was broken even though a ket card worked, which felt unsafe, the bedframes were metal, (think county jail metal), and the room did not smell clean. We recived a second room that was not muhc better, pooly painted, no working tv, rusted vent, metal bed frame, chipped tub. Overall the hotel felt very unclean and we shortened our stay by one day. The pictures for this location are stock photos and DO NOT represent the property in anyway.

Checked out within 10 min of check in. People yelling in halls. Dirty sheets. Looks nothing like pics. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Pool was dark and looked scary.

Price was good! Refrigerator in one room stayed warm other one worked! Can make sure all rooms actually have a safety lock on them as well as door handles tight! I had to tighten both rooms bathroom door handles as they were about to fall off! Workers were all friendly and helped with anything they could! Also frames on acs we wonky!

DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel was in a terrible location. Smelled of weed and had barely any parking. The room we had we checked and the window was open. Took a bit to ger it closed and secured. Room was dirty but they were full so couldnt switch. Bed sheets had stains. The area was super sketchy had people in back of hotel where you had to park due to limited parking trying to ask for money. Do not go outside here alone. Very horrible experience especially for over $100 a night.

Clean except for the air

The room was fine, but I had to ask for a different room because it reeked of cigarette smoke. My second room- you could smell smoke but. Not anywhere near as bad. The hallway at times, more than once reeked of marijuana smoke. For an explicitly stated non smoking hotel it doesn’t come close. There were a lot of people living there- not day to day guests.

The customer service was great and the room was clean just outdated. The bed was comfortable and they serviced the room every morning. Breakfast was hot but the fruit was old and in need of replacement. The coffee was a great start to a cold snowy day. Plenty of nearby restaurants and access to the expressway.

Pitiful Hotel.

Our family didn’t end up staying here due to the hotel not looking like the pictures that are posted. One room smelled like smoke, and this hotel is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. The paint was chipped off the walls. Outlets were weak like they were about to fall out of the wall. When walking down the hallway pass the vending machine and ice machine area, there were clothes on the floor between the two machines like a homeless person may stay there. They did offer to move us to another room. We got to that room and the window wouldn’t close completely. It was a more updated room but the outlets were loose in the room as well. The hotel has no elevator. The reason for the 5-stars was because the owner asked me to give the hotel a 5-star rating, but this hotel doesn’t deserve not even a 1-star rating.

The property itself isn’t the problem. The fact that there was a person sleeping in the stairwell was Rey negative. Also the family above jumping up and down at 2 in the morning was also very disruptive!
