What a remodel let down

This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and still you could see outside. Then I wanted a late checkout and the employee I got said my room didn't exist, and neither did my name and was super rude and didn't help me resolve the problem. Super disappointed and won't stay again.

This was one of the worst stays our family has experienced. Staff is very aggressive and they become defensive when you bring up issues instead of helping. They will do shady things to try and keep your money instead of rectifying issues. The front desk staff is very hostile. Scary place to stay. The room was not clean but that was the least of our worries. The staff will also enter your room even if you tell them not to. This is a violation of privacy and local penal codes. So if you like aggressive staff, unsafe people/area, dirty rooms/property, and shady dealings this is your spot.

Check in was simple and friendly. The room was immaculate. The matress was comfortable. It is outside the regular tourist area, but was a very easy six miles to get to downtown Palm Springs using Ramone Rd, or the airport. Nearby Starbucks for morning coffee.

The room was great. It was remodeled. The parking was right out front by the front office. The only problem in the biggest issue was we got back from a concert and we were dead asleep and the people above us came in and started partying in about 3:30 in the morning. Called down to the front desk they supposedly called over there to talk to them and it went on until the second call, which was at 3:45 AM and nothing else was fixed and we called at 4:45 AM and we said we’re checking out. We want our money back because nobody would do anything about this party going on upstairs, which was just super loud and scream screaming. Zero support from the office.
