The room was clean. Staff was friendly. They kept the breakfast well stocked and there’s always plenty of parking. I just wish their showers had detachable shower hoses to make showers easier for all the guests that come and stay at their property Disabilities or not.

I loved my stay at the Quality Inn Loudon-Concord. The staff were wonderful in every way, and the facilities were clean and well managed. Breakfast was fine as well. I definitely will return.

The indoor pool had not been available for at least a month and is not expected to be available for at least three months. The ground floor window of my room was unlocked with obvious safety concerns. The deadbolt for the door does not work as designed yet gives the appearance that it is functioning, another safety concern. There was exposed wiring in a lighting fixture that was in reach of a toddler. Yet another safety concern. On the plus side, the room was clean by my standards, which are low.

Deadbolt "engaged". The deadbolt does not enter the doorframe and can not enter the doorframe due to misalignment.

The ice machine was broken for 2 days, the pool is closed for the winter, the security lock fell off as soon as a I touched it , we had 3 large bath towels, no hand or wash cloths, quite frankly the breakfast needs updating badly ( we bring our own food for breakfast). The staff is Is excellent and accommodating. I think all the time and money is going towards the Tilton location

At around 3:30 this morning there began a loud vibrating sound coming from the bathroom area. Thinking it was the hair dryer unplugged it. It was the outlet. Only parts of the room had power. The bathroom and heat source did not work. There was something sticky on the wall and carpet around where the heat source is plugged in. This had nothing to do with the earlier wind advisory that had been issued for the New England states. This is an ongoing and pre existing electrical issue in the building. I would expect something better from a company with Quality in their name and being this close to a NASCAR track. I don’t know if the meth cooker got overloaded or the long term resident had new appliances but this is not feeling like a very safe location.

Our room smelled like cigarettes smoke. The person next door smoked the whole weekend. There dog was loud. They tried to cover their cigarette smoke with axe. So we choked on cigarettes and axe all weekend. We should have requested a new room, however when checking out I told the front desk, the person running the desk expressed that they knew he was smoking in the room and he was already charged the cleaning fee. Next time if I’m in the same situation I will request a new room. The desk did apologize, just wish the had refund at least half of my stay for the discomfort. Also the pool wasn’t open for guests.

It was all great except for the pool being closed. If we would have known we would have stayed at another place. We stayed an extra day because we were planning on relaxing in the pool. Was not happy that it was closed it should have been stated on the site. We couldn't leave since it was already paid for.
