The hotel presents well in pictures and offers good value for money, but in reality it is not a proper hotel experience. The rooms are cheaply built, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The room service was particularly disappointing: The table had been partially flipped, with personal items spread on the floor, and the cleaning staff didn’t bother putting it back in place. The toilet seat had visible stains and had clearly not been cleaned. The bed looked as if it had been made in a rush, not professionally prepared. Water bottles and basic amenities were not replaced. A bit more care and attention to detail wouldn’t cost much, yet it would make a world of difference in how customers perceive their stay.

Very bad experience

First of all, it's not a hotel, it's an apartment rented through Airbnb. Second, the service is very bad and you can't contact anyone to solve your problems, which is exactly what happened to me. I traveled with my family and when I arrived at the place, I called them to get the passcode to enter the building, but no one answered, so I stayed in the street for about an hour with my family and kids, calling them and knocking on the door, but no one answered. I had to look for a new hotel, which is another problem because most of the hotels are not available and the ones that are available are very expensive. Of course, the taxi driver who was with me tried to help and find an alternative hotel, but it was difficult. When I finally found another hotel, I decided to contact them again in the morning to ask for a refund, but unfortunately, no one answered again until after many calls. When the person answered, I found that he didn't speak English, so I decided to go to the hotel. When I arrived, the mini door was locked, so I called him again. He answered and kept repeating that he would send the address on WhatsApp!! I told him that I was in front of the building and just wanted the passcode to enter, but nothing. In the end, I had to cancel everything through Hotels.com!! Very bad experience.

Rommene er små, og det var ikke såpe på mitt rom. Døra inn til hotellet er veldig lav, og jeg slo hodet hver eneste gang jeg gikk inn. Det er ikke frokost på stedet, men kan bestilles mot 20euro.

Decepção com o banho

Apartamento com uma boa localização, próximo a uma estação de trem. Apesar do apartamento ser reformado, o prédio é bem velho. Tive uma decepção no apartamento, ao tomar banho e lavar o cabelo e a água ficar gelada, por estar frio, deixei para finalizar o banho assim que a água voltasse, entrei em contato e falaram que a água voltaria esquentar em 20 min, mas passou 1h e não voltou, entrei em contato novamente para resolverem e nem me responderam, lavei meu cabelo da pia do banheiro, nunca passei por essa situação em hospedagem nenhuma, fiquei muito decepcionada e não voltaria a me hospedar.

Sono rimasto molto deluso...lo scorso anno avevo soggiornato nello stesso palazzo al White Ribbon e mi sono trovato decisamente meglio.Al Green Ribbon la stanza era più piccola,al quarto piano con ascensore funzionante solo dal primo piano,con acqua calda che andava e veniva e tv non funzionante.Nonostante avessi contattato la struttura,nulla è cambiato durante la mia permanenza.

We had a great stay. Condo was very clean and cozy. Ideally located. Nice supermarket right on the corner beside the place as well as a good Bar (caffè & sandwiches) for morning espresso or evening snack/food runs. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere.. if you’re okay with walking longer distances (30-60 min). We also slept well here.. the pullout sofa bed was better than I expected, and probably one of the better places I slept over all the places we stayed across Europe. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

It should be possible to contact administration even after 22:00 CET in case the train och plain is delayed and one would arrive late. Atleast extended to 24:00 CET would be appreciated. Trash can where not full with trash from previous guests and should have been removed to avoid contamination.

Hidden information.

Nobody told us that we will have a street market in front of the property on Saturday morning and we almost lost our train because no taxi was able to pick up us. The fact that they leave an envelop to collect city taxes was absolutely unexpected. You should know all the charges since the beginning.
