To be honest this is a very clean hotel! I usually stay at Marriott hotels due to points and stayed here due to going to my nieces wedding! And the price was crazy LOW! I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very nice and great coffee and breakfast area was so clean!

Under Construction

I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool. I had family come from south Texas to visit my 5 grandchildren. I booked it here online and when we got to the hotel was was informed the pool was under construction. Kids couldn’t swim and was bored and miserable! I think It should be on the website if pool is available or not! Very upset cause I couldn’t get a cancellation or refunded $ so we could have gone to another hotel where a pool was available.

Hotel staff is rude. Room was tiny. Room smelled of smoke when i got there. Hotel visable from interstate but a little difficult to actually find once you exit. Will not be staying there again.

Better but not great....

Compared to our previous stay, there were improvements; however, there were still issues. The rooms still smell when you first walk in. Not sure why but when we asked they said it was due to the weather????? The room was clean as were the sheets and towels as compared to our last stay. The breakfast was better but still not great. They need better choices and variety. Staff could also be friendlier.

Disappointed

Room had a musky smell and there were stains on the comforter. The breakfast was awful. Nothing tasted fresh. We arrived early due to heading to an OSU game and we could not check in or leave our luggage. The least they could have done was hold our luggage. If we had a choice, we would not stay there again. Unfortunately we are booked there again and there are no other options. Hopefully they will make the necessary changes and our next stay will be better.

Rooms were very small and the beds too. Sheets had burn marks on them and the manly lady at the front counter was shirt and not helpful.
