Phenomenal. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, location is perfect (right next to the Main Street shopping) with a great restaurant and a great coffee shop attached. This will be the only place we stay from now on when we come to Banff - finally a hotel that’s worth the price you pay! This is the first stay in Banff where our hotel hasn’t been disappointing in any way. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience here, and we’re already planning our next visit! If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would!

The Farm & Fire restaurant on the first floor was excellent. The service at Front Desk was also very good. We called to see if we could check in early as we got there earlier and they did allow us to do that. Thank you!

We had a quick 24 visit to Banff, and this hotel was perfect. We had lunch in their restaurant and were able to walk and explore the whole downtown easily. Hotel was comfortable and well kept. Would definitely recommend!
