I am appalled that Hotels.com would have this horrible place on their site! I would like a refund as I could not even sleep in the room! The bed was really hard and made clucking noise whenever I moved on it. I had to hang two towels over the front window curtains to block out the light as there were only sheer curtains on the windows. The lock was only a simple door knob lock and as a strange man was grilling his supper right outside my door in front of his door, I was worried the door would now be enough to stop anyone from breaking in! There was not even a bar of soap to wash my hands! I booked this as I believe most people do by looking at the pictures. They showed a pretty pond and nice outside areas, none of this was there! The property was extremely run down and did not seem safe. I will never use hotels.com and unless reimbursed, will tell everyone I know, that they have bad hotels on their site and do not care about their customers! Lynda Yankovich

We walked in the room and turned the lights on and there were roaches on the bed and in the bathroom. We went back to the office and got our money back and went somewhere else Will never stay there!!!!

Nasty! Don't know when the pictures from Google map was taken, but nothing like photos!! I took my photos night of stay. Couldn't get picture of broken bathroom floor tiles and water coming up from under them when walking in to use restroom!!

Not what was booked, but clean.

The motel is very old, but very clean. There is no rustic charm, but beds were comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Carpet needs replacing, it was an old red in/outdoor type, but it was clean. Was disappointed that I rented a king size bed, management said there are no king size beds and gave me a room with 3 double beds. I told them that was not what I wanted, but he in return told me it was a $100 room, and would give me that at no extra charge.🙁

It could have been worse, thankfully it wasn't

The door to the office came out from the top upon arrival. Thankfully my fiance and another tenant was able to fix it without it coming all the way out and shattering. The rooms were clean for the most part, but the flies were really bad. I'm not complaining so much, because the price wasn't bad and air worked great. I was able to sit in the walk-in shower and shave my legs. I liked the fact there was a full size working refrigerator.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever tried to stay at. We checked in, went to our room and walked out 4 minutes later. There were six roaches in the sink. The conditions were poor and definitely not worth any amount of money. To make matters even worse there were drug situations happening in the room next door and loud fighting in the parking lot. The manager seemed like a nice guy but he should of called the police on the occupants.

Hotel stay cancelled by owner

Was unable to stay the hot water was out in the only room left so the hotel cancelled my stay but no one notified me until i got there and i drove 1hr away so i had to find another hotel but the guy i spoke too was polite about everything

Won't be staying there again

When checking in, it took way too long. First they couldn't find my reservation then I was double charged for the room. Once in the room, you could see into to bathroom thru a one inch crack where the door was not hung correctly leaving a gap.
