Nice stay in the French contryside, minutes away from the City Centre of Angers. The pool was clean and warm. The service was good. They left us a nice note for our wedding anniversary. Bear in mind there is no AC at the location.

A beautiful Château, would love to know more of it's history. It's a really lovely place to stay, very peaceful and easy to get to from the main road round Angers. A 10 minute taxi journey takes you to the heart of Angers with plenty of dining options. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

A quick stop.

Just a one night stop on the way home to UK. What a really beautiful place to stay. A friendly welcome, wonderful rural area. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely food for both dinner and breakfast. Would love to stay again. Maybe just a little too far from the city with not particularly good public transport close by ? However, if you are happy to drive into the Park & Ride it is a great place to stay.

Fascinating place and delicious breakfast

For a work trip I convinced 2 of my colleagues to stay here with me. The rooms were great, the bed comfortable, but the absolute best was the breakfast! If you stay there don't leave without having a delicious breakfast! It is also very close to the Center of Angers and a romantic, almost medieval road just south of the chateau takes you to the city along the river. Great experience!

Staff seemed a bit bemused when we arrived. There was an external training meeting taking place at the time and car parking was tricky. We knew that they only provided a snacking menu for dinner, which was pretty tasty, but rather limited. No bar but wine and beer was available with dinner. Post dinner coffee could not be had in dining room but had to be taken using machine in the room. Interesting lift!! Ceiling height in bedroom restrictive due to room being in roof. Bed very comfortable and a good night’s sleep was had. Overall a reasonable night’s stay.

We have stayed here before, and it is a lovely property. However, we stayed at 3 different hotels in this region, this summer, and this was the least best value for money, given the facilities. The pool is great, the gardens well maintained, and the communal areas are lovely. Also, the breakfast is very good (though is not included in room rates). This time, the room we stayed in was very small (in the eaves of the building - I hit my head a few times!) and there is no air conditioning. This made the small room at the top of the building almost unbearably hot. The staff did provide a fan but it provided limited relief. Hotels such as this should now consider air conditioning in rooms as standard, given rising temperates over recent summers.

Tres beau qejour. L hotel est joli, la decoration est soignee. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. La piscine est un plus appreciable. Allez y ! Et promenez vous à vélo !

Super séjour d’une nuit, en couple. Nous sommes arrivés en début d’après midi le samedi afin de faire une après midi vélo (préalablement réservé par téléphone avec l’accueil de l’hôtel) 40€ la journée vélo (un peu cher car nous ne nous en sommes servis que l’après midi et ils sont rentrés sans batterie, ils n’auraient clairement pas tenu la journée !!) mais la balade était sublime Angers à Grez Neville ! SUPERBE je recommande !! Le soir snack à la guinguette en bas de l’hôtel en passant par le passage dans la forêt !! Trop chouette !!! Et le dimanche petit dej incroyable délicieux frais varié et fait maison !! Wahouu Merci c’était vraiment un super moment une très belle parenthèse :)
