I will never ever ever stay here again. Rashma was extremely rude as my son was on life support and passed a day later. They made a front desk mistake and when addressing the issue she was rude and yelling at me- meanwhile it was their front desk error. When I said to her “you don’t know what people are going through” … her response was “No I’m very aware of what you are going through, you made me aware when you came in on day 1”. She later called my room fake crying because she knew I called corporate and the Director of Operations on her. When I told her I didn’t want to talk to her, she kept calling my room. Juan is also not a good GM, he is aware of the issues that Rashma brings to the location and continues to “gentle parent” her instead of reprimanding her. Thankfully I was Chelewa who I trust will handle both of them. They did refund me the stay but paying for the stay was irrelevant as their front desk manager is berating, disrespecting and being a complete b!tch while my son is passing at the Burn Unit. And it was literally THEIR MISTAKE!
0/10 DONT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE GM and THEY FIRE THEIR FRONT DESK MANAGER.
I will note that Judith, Edgar, Tiffany (all front desk) and Diana (housekeeping) were extremely compassionate and made the stay better.
