We arrived just after midnight. When we walked in the room, there was a black and brown bug waiting for us on the first bed nearing the door. The room was musty and almost smelt like moth balls. There was a thin layer of dust over the tv stand and area. The toiket seat cover had something brown stuck on it, obviously i had to clean it myself. Tge tub was gross! It had hair and dirt in the bottom and there was a big blackish dirt spot on the side of the tub. The guy was told when i dropped off the key and he simply said 'Thanks for letting me know'. The sleep was terrible because I kept checking the bed for bugs. I had just been on the road for 12 hours driving from Ontario and had another days drive the next morning to the NFLD ferry. I would not recommend!

Excellent maintenance for a roadside facility. The cold water tap was not working in room 12, but we still give this motel five stars for cleanliness of the rooms. We used the shower area taps instead 😂 Advice for owners to make it even better: Remove the spider webs outside the rooms around the lights. Will take your motel up a notch :)

Surprisingly clean for motel. Really clean room and bed. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was a huge plus. Priced decent and worth the buck. Everything is great! If would have been great to add a bottle of water or two. We arrived very late night, the host was kind enough to call and confirm about our arrival.
