No reply- supposedly have own personal assistant..on the day asked again, was told can wait in the lobby!! With a 9 year old until 10 pm. Asked to see manager, asked if they don't have late check out.. half baked apology.. despite all the saga, front reception ringing when I am vacating the room..premises luxury,service/ mentality so amateurish.."
