So lets put it this way it was a place to sleep for what I was in town for. No continental breakfast as advertised, no cups in room or ice bucket, smelled of cat urine strong in hall way, no coffee at all anywhere, over all it was in rough shape but room was ok, sketchy people hanging around the property. Would not recommend for a family with children or a female traveling alone.

The room was unswept with hair and dirt everywhere. There were no towels and the surfaces were grimy. On my last day a hotel guest walked out because their room had bedbugs. I would never stay here again.

Do not stay here!!

My driver checked in about midnight and they wouldn’t give him a room. Said they had no reservation when I sent him the receipt to show them they still wouldn’t even look at it. What a joke of a place. He never stayed there and went to the place next door.

We only saw the reception or an6 body when we called het to check in. We asked for towels and hangers because there was not even 1 and never received them. Had to go and buy some. Bedding/ blankets was really thin.

Customer service was terrible. No one at front desk ever. Had to call a number to talk to the front desk person. Shower curtain was broke, had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Would not recommend this place at all. Use to be a good place to stay. Not anymore

Called me on afternoon of arrival time to say they had overbooked, could I change rooms? At 10 PM there were less that 20 vehicles on lot, thats overbooked. No phone in room for wake up call, no clock in room, no note pad or pen, no cups for water.

Most Horrible experience ever

Waited for almost 30 minutes to check in. No one showed up at the desk. Called the number they posted for assistance 4 times. On the fourth call the lady said it was a wrong number. Hotel left unattended. I went somewhere else. I will be disputing this charge.

They are closed for remodeling when we went to check in we were told. Paid in advance still no refund or response thru orbitz or hotel . Someone has my payment besides me and i would like a refund. Had to go to Quality in across the road for double the Money. Will be making phone calls i guess!

BEWARE DON’T STAY HERE

Hotel is DIRTY and SMELLY. Pet hair all over the floor, room and couch smelled like dog. Even though it was a “no pets allowed” room. The bathroom was very dirty. Pee spots and hair around the toilet. No one at the front desk to complain too. Check in took forever cause no one was at the front desk. Trash left in the hallway. The place is like a ghost town. Almost no amenities; NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE. I cannot stress enough this place has gone downhill. Not worth the price or the frustration, pay the little extra and go somewhere else. I don’t know how this place is can advertise they are in business especially with the false advertising. Econo Lodge across the street looked much better. I wish I’d stayed there.

This was the worse experience I have ever had in my 50 plus years! The place was a mess and smelled like they were trying to cover up a musty smell with some kind of spray. I complained after seeing the room stepping over pieces of ceiling tile on a stained carpet and was told to leave! I then said fine but I want a refund and was yelled at to leave. Other guests came out to witness and I did what I was told because she said she was calling the police which now I should have had her do that to show them what I was dealing with!! Absolutly the worst ever!! I had just driven though a snow storm and was exhausted.

Arrived at the location very late to check in, door was open and I called 9 times for over 45 min. Nobody answered. I was forced to find a new hotel at 2 am. When I called back the next day the lady was extremely rude and said she’s the manager and the only employee and she was sleeping. She said “ get mad all you want but I needed to sleep, and don’t show up so late” she refused to deal with me over the phone and I am so grateful I booked through a 3rd party and I was able to get a refund for my booked stay. Expedia talked to her and she lied saying I never called, Expedia told her she was required to be at the desk until 3 am for late check in’s. Expedia took care of me. There will never be a next time.

The one staff person was kind and checked me in easily. The room was clean. The bathroom floor was nicely polished, therefore made it so slippery after my shower. When you step into the tub, it is much higher than the floor. When I stepped out, it was not what I expected and fell. Fortunately I didn't get hurt. Breakfast was not included. And the pool didn't have water in it. I don't know where the outdoor pool was that they advertised having access to. The front doors were not automated. Right outside the front doors, were 2 room-sized waste baskets, collecting water from somewhere. I almost tripped over them twice. Not a good impression. It was quiet, however, since there were very few people there. I don't recommend.

I had booked a king room and i was told on arrival, that they were sold out. I was on of 6 people staying at the hotel. I was put into a queen room, (165). Upon entry, the room was FREEZING! The AC was set to 60⁰ amd the window was open. It was 19⁰ outside, so imagine how cold the room was. I turned the heat on, but it blew luke warm air. The "blankets" provided were 1 sheet and a top cover as thick aa the sheet. I found the room to be disappointingly dirty. By the head board was 2 pink long fake fingernails, broken, when i moved the trash can in the bathroom there waa dirt and hair visibly not swept, the floor in the sleeping area had food ams debris and not swept, the chair had what appeared to be body fluid running down it. I can understand being short staffed, as finding employees can be difficult, but the cleanliness of this room was far from acceptable. I will not return and i will not tell people i know to stay here. I would be embarassed if i owned this place.

HORRIBLE

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Generally, I’m a very understanding person when it comes to having mishaps or anything of the sort. HOWEVER I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and originally planned for 6. I was in scottsbluff for a work trip and was pulling 14 hours days and didn’t have the time to inspect the room I was strictly there to sleep. Its INCREDIBLY disgusting and the ceiling is literally falling in. There was makeup on my blow dryer, a NASTY blue substance on my wall and the frame of my window was wet and literally falling a part. I woke up the 3rd day COVERED head to toe in bites. YES bed bug bits. When I asked for a new room they would not accommodate so I decided to ask for a refund on my stay however they refused and when I asked for the owner’s contact Information the woman at the front was hostile and straight out refused to give me their number so I could resolve the issues to the best of my ability’s. So I asked if I could AT LEAST receive the money back for the nights that I did not stay and again they wouldn’t even compromise with me on that. EVEN THOUGH SHE SAID THE PREVIOUS NIGHT IT WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. There was no cleaner for the duration that I was there the front desks woman openly admitted to me and 2 other witnesses that she only has a cleaner 20 hours a week and the rooms are only cleaned 1 time a week “if the cleaner can get to it” also to add no one stays at the front desk so that way customers can be attended to.
