O hotel é organizado, bom café da manhã, bem localizado pois está ao lado da estação central e facilmente chegávamos de metrô ou trem pros locais q fizemos passeios. Pontos a melhorar: quarto calorento pois estava c aquecedor ligado de forma geral, não sendo individualizado, o chuveiro estava com defeito quando chegamos e no último dia a pessoa que fez a limpeza deixou apenas uma toalha pro casal ao inces de duas.

My room very clean and comfortable, staff very polite and accommodating. Location is fantastic and good value for money. Unfortunately my room was so warm , I mean really warm.. I would say around 28 degrees or more, I think . I understand that’s something that is not under management control but it’s really uncomfortable. I would have given 5 stars but I only stayed for the day time . Staff is great though.
