Me and my wife had a great experience staying here. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. The only disappointment was the WiFi service and the tv. Both were not functioning properly. If it were not for this, I would give all five stars. I would recommend the hotel to other guests, and I hope the management corrects this issue.

I was satisfied with the cleanliness of my room, however, I will forewarn anyone who is going for peace and quiet, needs to pay attention to the fact that it is a pet friendly facility. The staff members were very helpful, professional and courteous, however, there was a female security guard on the premises that was very rude and creepy! She just stares at everyone and if you try to communicate with her she is very rude, snappy and standoffish. For me, I wouldn't have such a person guarding my facility because that also plays a part in a person feeling safe enough to return and continue to support this business.

Front desk was nice and polite on check-in. The Hotel and room where much cleaner, and felt more secure there than other hotels in the area in same price range. However, there was no hot water. Mentioned this on checkout. Front desk was very rude about it, and mentioned it was a known problem. I feel like that information could have been pasted along upon check-in.
