The room was clean and the staff was very personable. Unfortunately, they had trouble determining why 4 sets of room keys did not work at our room. They finally determined it was a bad battery in the door. It just put a damper on our trip.

Very convenient for entry to Yosemite. Staff good especially Clarissa on reception who checked us in and was most helpful, Room Clean, Furniture very dated and tired. WiFi ‘flaky’ No safe in room and small security boxes in reception.

Worked out well since it looks like the highest priced hotel in this small town. Iv never seen earplugs in a hotel before and didn’t realize we needed them until a herd of bison and the Clydesdales moved in above around 9 pm Ceiling was rattling

Déçu par la qualité de l’hôtel sans compter le peu d’estime de la personne de l’accueil. Le personnel de la restauration et du ménage quand à elle était très agréable et serviable. Lors de mon séjour la piscine et le spa n’était pas disponible et cela sera le cas pour la saison si j’ai bien compris. Coût pour 3 nuits 786$

Hotel bem localizado e de fácil acesso a Yosemite, a menos de uma hora da portaria. O quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Estacionamento prático e café da manhã bom, sem variedade de pães e iogurtes, mas satisfatório.

The hotel is pretty good, room is comfortable and the staff are quite friendly. The lobby offers a nice coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine with quality choices. Now, the downside hotel requires guests with pets to sign an agreement that if you leave your pet alone in the room they will have the local shelter pick up your pet! Completely unacceptable! Let’s be real, you can’t take a pet into restaurant's, grocery stores etc. So there will be times they need to be in the room alone. Also one of my two nights a drunk man was peeing in the drain near my room as I walked up! Granted that’s not on the hotel, it’s on that particular guest, or visitor. But, I felt horrified and uneasy.

Staff took a long time to check me in at around 9 pm. Was a dealbreaker after a long day of travel. The issue at hand was, another traveler was having trouble checking in before me, and the staff was stuck there waiting on a call to a travel site for 15 minutes.

Good stay, older building with some new upgrades including bathroom. Comfy bed, nice TV, good breakfast. Noisy heat/ac, some noise from adjacent room, but not late. Good location. Nice small creek and park next to building. Very walkable location at the end of main street. Good value.
