Good location close for walking to Haymarket and EICC and various restaurants and bars in the area. On the whole the apartment is nice and very spacious - I just found it cold now we’re in Scottish winter, particularly in the bedroom and that was despite boosting the heating via the Nest thermostat to 24C multiple times. The Sofas in the lounge were ok but not very comfortable and those and the kitchen / dining area seats had signs of wear. Didn’t like having to clean dishes and empty the bin… downside of renting an apartment rather than a hotel room. I did enjoy the decent tv and soundbar in the lounge area, though felt there should have been similar in the bedroom also rather than a boring painting. Shower was very good also - good pressure and heat.
