I enjoyed my stay at the Bridgepointe. I stayed for a conference in the area. The majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. For being an older hotel, it's very well kept. My room was extremely clean when I checked in, and it was cleaned daily. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice amenity. The walk to downtown New Bern is really only 10 minutes which is great for active individuals. I would stay there again.

Gym had the minimum, staff was friendly and parking was fine. Trying to find something to watch on the TV at night was horrible. No guide on the tv or on paper. Rooms were tight with 3 adults and a 2yr old

The staff was professional but not friendly. It almost felt like we were putting her out when we asked her for something like an extra blanket. The room was clean and the view was nice, but the TV was awful. Bad picture, bad options. The bed was comfortable except for the pillows. Excellent hot water and towels.

Nicer on the inside than you’d expect. Nice little marina to walk a dog around ($25 pet fee is good too.) Room was ok. Bathroom was clean but bed was hard and there was a problem with drain flies. Would stay again if in the area but probably not more than one night.

From the friendly and helpful staff, to the beautufully maintained property and well kept rooms, to the amenities(one of my fav things- fluffy towels, great smeeling lotion and soap, coffee in room and ciffee in lobbh) adn the yummy breakfast , this should be a 5 star hotel

Hotel so comfortable you wont want to leave ...the staff make u feel right at home and really cater to your every need...the room itself is so big, clean and cozy (big bed/big tv)and the most spectacular views...the breakfast bar in am is a nice spread with wide variety and 24/7 in the lobby theres always coffee available...I will always go here, wvery time i come ti new bern
