The floor was dirty in our room and questionable grass or hay? On the mattresses. Mold in curtains. The water sprayed out black and the shower smelled like over rotten eggs. The hot tub and kiddies pool were black with floating things. Definitely not what is pictured online.

On the website that says continental breakfast, and all they had was bread, yogurt, boil, egg biscuit, and cereal, coffee juice, and at times you have to wait for a plate or for them to bring bread, lack of staff, not enough stuff to accommodate the little buffet they have, the restaurant has ceiling, leaks several places.

I don’t even know where to begin. We arrived late in the evening. We spent the entire day traveling and at Disney Work. The motel is very hard to find. The sign on the street is an old orange and blue sign with a Ramada banner over it. Once you travel back the long lane to the parking lot,you immediately notice a night club. This clubs parking lot was completely full and had very scantily dressed women walking all over the parking area. We decided that the motel looked old, but we were extremely tired and thought, we would just stay one night and find another hotel the next day. We did check in.we were told the water park was only open from 12-3:00 and 4:00-5:00 the next day. A Saturday. As we drive around the property looking for our room, it became clear that this area was not safe, shadey characters walking around, caution tape around some of the playground equipment. I was traveling with my Mother and my granddaughter. No way was I going to stay in this establishment. We left the property without going to the room. For one, I could not find the room and two, we did not feel safe. I tried contacting the motel to get a refund on the other 2 nights we had booked. No one would ever answer the phone and I could not leave a message. I contacted Wyndham directly. They said since I booked through Hotels.com, they could not help me. Hotels.com said there was nothing they could do either so am left with no refund for an unsafe motel I would never allow my family to stay at.

What went well would be a better question? First off, I got locked out of my room, freezing and wet from the pool because my door locks batteries died, took them over an hour to get us into the room then it happened again and we were told we had to move rooms, 2nd room smelled awful like smoke even though it was kon smoking, then went down to breakfast. After little to no sleep because people were scrramig and banging all night, just to discover the breakfast was cold., disgusting, and there was nasty roof leaking water all over the floors and tables...i am a fan of the seralago and never had any issues, i cant believe they closed the seralago down but this place is still open!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY NICE ABOUT IT WAS THE POOL AND THE WATER PARK - THE RESTROOMS NEAR THE AMENETIES ( POOL AREA ) THEY WERE NASTY AND BROKEN!!! THE BREAKFAST???? BOILED EGGS AND FROZEN BISCUITS !!! SOUR COFFEE - AND ON TOP OF THAT a male waiter EMPLOYEE WANTS YOU THE GUEST TO CLEAN UP THE TABLE FOR THEM!!! No lactose free milk so my daughter was not able to eat cereal… IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGEMENT AND I WAS DISMISSED SEVERAL TIMES!!! THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL! ITS SO DISSAPOINTING, OUTDATED AND SPIDERWEBS EVERYWHERE! CALLING THE HOTEL IS NO USE, BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I REQUEST TO HAVE MANAGEMENT CALL ME OR REACH OUT TO ME DIRECTLY! The room smelt of mold when we walked in. The advertisement photos online look NOTHING like the actual hotel. It is very rundown and Ramada advertising this as a nice water park hotel is false advertising. We ended up leaving and not even staying in the room due to the smell.

Checked in around 8pm and staff was courteous but there was no information about free continental breakfast or the water park even though you get charged the resort fee. We did see signs everywhere that there is breakfast from 7-10am for $9.95. The room has that old musty smell but it looked tidy and clean. Room has good AC and ceiling fan so it was nice and cool. Refrigerator in the room was nice and cold but the microwave provided did not work. There’s a sign that lists how many towels each room should have but we only got bath towels and one hand towel, no washcloths whatsoever. Since it was late and my husband and I were just there for a quick overnight stay during our road-trip south, we didn’t bother to request a room switch or ask for replacements. Overall okay but we probably wouldn’t book this hotel again.

I had a very poor experience at this hotel(Motel). First of all there’s no proper signage to see if you are in a right place. We were given the noisiest room right by the freeway, and despite asking to change rooms, they didn’t accommodate us at all. They claimed it was due to the long weekend and that they had no other rooms available. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and save their money. It was honestly a 3 nights nightmare. There was no hot water the entire time, so we couldn’t shower for three days. When we complained, they just said the plumber wasn’t available because of the long weekend and that they couldn’t do anything since it was a hotel.com allotment. Overall, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel (MOTEL) to save yourself from a very unpleasant experience.
