I called them 100 miles out to let them know I would have a late arrival. When I got to my room the heat was not even on. It was 20 degrees when I arrived. The bottom seal on the door was missing so there was a gap between the door and the floor about 1/2” wide. There was facial hair in the bathroom faucets & the bath mat had dark stains on it. The bathroom faucet had a small drizzle & no pressure. I had to use the tub faucet to clean my toothbrush & get wash clothes wet to wash my face. The sheets had a rust color stain on them. The floor was not clean! I spilled a little Sprite, got a towel wet & cleaned it up & the towel was gross after cleaning up a clear liquid with water. There are people who are living in these units & I had people above & to the sides of me. There were plenty of other spots open they could have put me in so it wasn’t so noisy. At 2:00am a lady let her dog out and was loudly encouraging it to “Get It”. Possibly a cat or something but right outside my room. The next morning I found a bag with dog poop put under my car. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, I have stayed at a lot of cheap motels but it doesn’t cost a lot to have it clean.

The sheets had blood stains on them in my first room so they moved me: Housekeeping tried to get in my room while I was still in bed. I yelled that I wasn’t ready and the owner tried to come in a few minutes later. He opened the door The latch was engaged so he couldn’t get in, but what if I wasn’t decent? Then, housekeeping came back a third time while I was in the shower, preparing to leave. The place was barely full. So it’s not like they need the room. It was a bit aggressive. They advertise that they have a hot tub which is closed for the winter.

Not the Best

Staff at front desk (owners?) very nice. Room smelled like vomit. No microwave or coffee maker. Drain in tub clogged. Large room. Minimal bedding. Junkie wandering around knocked on our door late. Most guests seemed like good people though. Will give the non-chain motels on the west side of town a shot before I consider staying here again.

Terrible

This hotel was a joke. It was filled with crackheads. The floor sloped. It was not very clean. The beds were terrible. We had three rooms for two nights and we just left and checked into another hotel. We were told we couldn’t get a refund because we used a hotels.com to make the reservation. But I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there. The pictures on the website are very misleading.
