Room was small but fine for 1 person who was only there to sleep. Unfortunately the neighbors next door had me up til 2am the first night. Staff was extremely helpful to move me to a different room for my 2nd night. Unfortunately the 2nd room had lights that didn't work- over the desk and one in the bathroom. And when the shower was on, it screeched loudly.

Turns out 1/2 the tvs have cable and streaming services and 1/2 only have streaming. I wanted to watch current news and was disappointed to learn I had a streaming room only. Hotel was average on everything else. Night auditor or evening staff was very nice.

Here’s a cleaner version that keeps your points but reads a little smoother: My room was not very clean upon arrival. There was urine left in the toilet and the seat was dirty. The bathroom also had hair on the walls, and there were no washcloths or hand soap provided. The WiFi was extremely poor, and the TV guide required entering channel numbers, but the remote didn’t have any numbers on it, so we weren’t able to watch the NCAA tournament. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, but most items were pre-packaged or frozen. They gym was not well equipped either.

Perfect one night stay

It was the perfect hotel we needed for our visit. We were in the room for nine hours total just to shower and sleep so it did its job. We would certainly stay here again for another one-nighter.
