There was supposed to be a king bed but it was actually a double. The elevator was not in service; we had to take our bags up two floors (the building has 6 floors). The stairway rails were held together with duct tape. There was a beeping every 60 seconds. I called about it and they sent a woman who didn’t speak German or English. She was wearing ear buds and couldn’t hear the beeping so she couldn’t help us. We finally figured out that if something was left on the cooktop ( where they had placed the paper towels) it beeped. It’s funny because we couldn’t get the cooktop to work. The toaster didn’t work and the TV remote worked only sporadically. The apartment is in a fairly rough area of the city. On the positive side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Good stay just slow communication with host. Nothing was provided to clean (dish cloth, kitchen towels etc…) says baby friendly which was nice provided cot for extra fee but no high chair for kitchen table which was very inconvenient. Blinds were broken could not close them at night.

The room was modern, clean and well equipped. Handy for local attractions and the station. Rooms blackout blind was missing and the cooling system did not cope with the warm weather. Could also be a but more generous with the coffee pods. However, for me the room did what I needed.

Apartment is average, but the A/C was barely working. The neighborhood is shady and the security at the hotel is non-existing. Would not recommend this to families, but only to young people looking for a cheap place to stay

I did not like the fact that there was no human available. Some of us are older travelers and do not have European service on our phones. It was located very close to Alstadt and the main station. We had internet at my daughters to book the room but after that no way to contact you. Provide humans on site.

The property had all the things you need and was in close walking distance of the market and other attractions. It was clear and the receptionist was great. There is no baggage stor as listed but the receptionist took our bags which was really nice. It was very loud, loud music untill late in neighbouring properties one night and a fight the next, tram noise which is to be expected. Overall a good stay in well furnished apartment.
