Great stylish hotel right in the heart of Itaewon. The location is super convenient considering there’s both a 7/11 and a Starbucks across the street. The rooms were clean. Beds were a little stiff but still comfortable after such a long flight! It made me sad I was only laying over in Seoul and wouldn’t have more time to spend. Highly recommend!

The breakfast buffet was very stressful, as there were too few tables, so most days there was a long wait to get a table. The deadline when the breakfast closed, then resulted in a stressful experience, when the planned 1 hour calm breakfast became a stressful experience. Nice quality of the breakfast once we got a table. The hotel should start booking times for breakfast upon check-in, in order to spread out guests so that there is no waiting time. The gym was large and good (also external gym guests, which tends to mean a good size & experience).
