I was arriving late, so I called the property ahead of arrival to inform them of my late arrival. I also asked for two additional pillows for the room, which had not been placed in the room as requested when I checked in. By that time, it would have been too late to ask again, since I assume that housekeeping would have been closed.
The next day, the second day of my stay, after the first night, our room was not made up, so I had to call the front desk to ask for housekeeping service. I made a second request for the two extra pillows.
When we returned to the hotel later, the room had been made up, and the pillows had arrived, as had been requested, but only 24 hours later from my first request.
