Malgré un slogan affichant que le service est la priorité de l'établissement, la réalité est toute autre. 1 er matin : gel douche vide dans la douche. Appel à la re émotion qui envoie quelqu'un tout de suite. 15 minutes après 2e appel car toujours personne. Cette fois ci personne ne répond. 3 e appel on nous dit que la gouvernante va venir en urgence. Ça fait déjà 30 minutes. Ne voyant toujours rien venir nous cherchons une femme de ménage dans l'étage. Elle nous dit qu'elle pensait venir quand nous aurions quitté la chambre !! Bref elle vient. Elle recherche le distributeur dans la douche. Une fois partie nous découvrons la recharge vide au sol au milieu de la salle d'eau , les traces de pas de chaussures dans la douche. Nous lui avions également demandé 2 verres pour pouvoir utiliser la carafe mise à disposition. Elle nous informe qu'elle les mettra en faisant la chambre. En rentrant le soir , pas de verres. Nous les aurons le 3 e jour. !! Le lendemain soir lorsque nous rentrons nous découvrons de nos effets personnels de toilette au sol au milieu de la salle d'eau. Je précise que nous étions dans une chambre dite privilège !! Très décevant et pas du tout professionnel. La chambre super, le service lamentable. S'il n'y a pas de service dans un hôtel, autant louer un RBNB !!

Hotel bem localizado, com bom café da manhã. Estacionamento utilizado pelo hotel fica em um estacionamento público, mas com alguns lances de escada o acesso ao hotel fica bem fácil. Só complica um pouco se você está com carrinho de bebê, pois não é tão acessível
