The unit was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice size, fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. Bed was very comfortable. Located in a secure building, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The location was good and seemed more local. The hosts Lucia and Nahir were great, checked in with us many times during our stay for cleaning and to inquire if we needed anything. If you're looking for a turnkey place to stay this is ideal.

The apartment is in a very secure building, everything is thoughtful and well maintained, secure and safe. Check-in was seamless, the management team is great. Nahir was very responsive and helpful- the best! The service staff were also great. The location was good but if you plan to use the subway it is about 25 min walk away. The studios were a good size for 2 people but noisy at night and despite darkening shades the traffic light came through. If you are a light sleeper a room at the back might be better. The linens could be updated and I think the duvets really need a cover- hard to keep them clean without one. Thanks Nahir!

The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from soho area. Clean and spacious. Great check-in procedure. Lots of hot water with good pressure. Bed is comfortable. The shower is very narrow 17". If you you are big you will have a difficult time taking a shower. There is a lot of street noise and the apartment is directly above a elementary school. No sleeping past 7:30 on school days.

The chikdrens school next door is filled with screaming kids from 930am to 5pm on weekends. You can also hear a lot of street noise and dogs barking. Don’t expect to nap during day or sleep in. Also you can’t store bags here until 10am. And after checkout you can’t sroee bags onsite at all
