We stayed 5 nights, had room service for dinner, had the dinner buffet, and visited local restaurants, everything great! Breakfast buffet is top notch. The only fault was the uncomfortable twin beds with no double available. The bedding was inadequate to cope with the chill factor from the effective air con in the room. Plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel and an easy walk to the sandy Pollensa beach. "
